No Insurance? No Problem!
Join the Hallmark Dental Payment Plan!
The Hallmark Dental Payment Plan was created to offer patients with no insurance a discount on dental treatments. The plan is good for one full year and patients are able to renew it annually.
- 2 exams per year
- 2 prophylaxis cleanings per year
- A reduced fee of $75 each for 2 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year*
- 12% discount on all other dental treatments**
*It is recommended to have 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year after scaling and root planning treatment to treat active periodontal disease. After the first two reduced fee periodontal cleanings, you will receive 12% off of the next two of the year ($176 each).
**X-rays, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.
